Tracking your delivery

We email you a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your parcel leaves Virtatarvike. You can track it through the carrier's tracking service. Tracking details usually update within a few hours of dispatch.

Dispatch

We hand parcels that are ready to ship to the carrier on weekdays between 15.00 and 17.00 Finnish time. Orders placed after 16.30 are dispatched on the next weekday when the products are ready to ship. Product availability affects the dispatch date.

Transit time

Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier and dispatch day. Depending on the carrier, the estimated transit time is 1–3 days after the parcel is handed over. This is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee for every destination. Check your order's delivery estimate and shipping charges at checkout, and follow its progress through the tracking service.
